How do you use the ReStyle Lint Remover?

Open the packaging of the ReStyle Lint Remover. Inside, you will find the fabric shaver itself, a user manual, a small brush for cleaning the device, and a USB cable for charging.

First, carefully read the user manual.

Next, charge the fabric shaver using the included USB cable. It takes approximately 2 hours to fully charge the ReStyle Lint Remover. Once charged, the device is ready to use.

On the side of the ReStyle Lint Remover, you’ll find the power button. Once the device is fully charged, you can use this button to turn it on and off.

• When the switch is pushed down, the device is off.
• Slide the switch up to turn the fabric shaver on.

Before you start removing lint from your sweater, blanket, or any other fabric, we recommend testing the device on a small, inconspicuous area. For example, on a corner of a blanket or the inside of a sweater (like under the arm or on the back). This way, you can check if the lint remover is suitable for your material.

Avoid using the fabric shaver on very delicate fabrics, as it may cause damage.

In our case, the test went well, so we proceeded with removing lint from the rest of the sweater.

Stretch the fabric smoothly before using the ReStyle Lint Remover. Then, move the shaver in small circular motions or short straight strokes across the surface to remove lint and fuzz balls. Continue until the entire fabric surface is lint-free.

Here, you can see how the sweater looked before using the fabric shaver and how it looked after, with all lint and fuzz balls removed.

Once all lint has been removed, it’s important to clean the ReStyle Lint Remover properly. Use the included cleaning brush to do this.

1. Remove the lint container by sliding it down and empty it using the brush.
2. Carefully unscrew the blade cover.  Be careful, as the blades are sharp!
3. Clean the blades and the space between them with the brush.
4. Dispose of all collected lint.
5. Reassemble the device by securing the blade cover and sliding the lint container back into place.

Now that the ReStyle Lint Remover is clean, you can store all materials away. The fabric is lint-free, and the device is ready for its next use!
